BZKB-1000C电脑控制半自动卡纸裱合机
本机是我公司引进国外先进技术设计研制完成的最新一代半自动卡纸裱合机械设备，机器集机、电、光、液压、气动等多种技术为一体化，属国内首创的先进机型。传统老机型需2个工人操作，该新机型只需1个工人操作。由于配置了叠加式集成液压系统，能使所有的轧辊压合压力调整到最佳状态，因此减少了涂胶量，降低成本，提高裱合精度，经裱合的产品接合紧密、坚固、平整，当场干燥，可直接进入下道工序加工。该机适应生产各种高质量的包装纸盒，是包装行业设备革新换代的新型先进机械设备。
● 采用西门子PLC可编程序控制器
● 采用西门子变频器控制电机
● 采取文本显示器操作控制。设备独立液压站，叠加式集成液压系统，自动控制6套油缸，使所有轧辊压合压力达到最佳状态
● 电磁离合器及电磁制动器同转配置，光电开光控制摩擦式自动给纸系统的正确节拍
● 电脑设定气动系统的工作周期，控制底纹与面纸的定位精度及进纸时间
● 机动输送胶水，自动保持胶水盘的液面高度
● 二套压合轧辊均采取带弧形导轨摇臂式轴承座设计

We brought advanced technology from aboard to research and complete the next generation Semi-Automatic Card pasting machine.lt puts machine,Electricity,photics,hydraulic pressure all the main technologies together,it is a pioneering machine in local domestic market.Traditionally,similar old style machines need to be operated by 2employees,this new generation machine only need one operator per unit.Due to superimposed integration hydraulic pressure system has been put in, all rollers pressures have been automatically adjusted to enjoy the best starus mode during production,so it will save glue,reduce running costs,and improve precision of pasting,making all pasted pieces join tightly,strong,smooth,and dry instantly,which could be put into next process directly,This model is an ideal machine to produce all kinds of high quality packing boxs,it is a new innovation of advanced packing machine equip-ment in the packing industry.
OPERATION PATTERN AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTIC:
● Adopts siemensPLC
● Adopts Siemens transducer.
● Adopts text display operation numeric control.
● Has a separated hydraulic pressure station,superimposed style compositive hydraulic pressure system to control 6 sets of sumpspumps automatically and simultaneously,making all rollers pressure come to the best status together efficiently.
● Put electromagnetic clutch and arrester in a same roller,photoelectric switch controls automatic friction feeder systems with correct speed
● Computer enacts air pressure system’ s work cycle to control the paper feeder with exact anchor point and correct timing.
● The glue is electrically fed by machine, and it keeps the glue lever steady automatically.
● 2 sets of press roller are both set by camber rocker bearing.
