OPP全自动油性覆膜机
OPP膜与纸张之贴合,其目的在要求贴合后纸张表面的光泽、耐拉及防水性,经常使用于手提纸袋、海报、画面及目录,由于胶膜及胶水之昂贵,生产速度之慢,裱胶成本相对的提高,因此,我司不断的研究及改良,引用中波石英灯及高效能电热,胶水干燥速度大幅增快,全机各部配有比例联动系统,交频调速,蜗轮减速、齿轮,同步带及链条传动各覆膜辊筒,保证速度同步,贴合速度大幅提高,因而降低人工成本及增加生产效益。
基本配备:
自动给纸机
吸取风头采用结构简单可靠的旋转气阀控制,可长期不需保养。
吸嘴,压脚凸轮设计合理,精确加工,经久耐用。
送纸吸嘴更采用滚珠直线导轨,可靠性高。
灵敏的机电式双张侦测器,多张、失张、歪张自动检测。
最大载纸高度1050mm,配备紧急停车及异物挡板。
涂布油头
涂布油头为双辊筒独立马达驱动式,可单独高速动作,又可随主机快慢而变化。
配之回圈式供料系统,可适合不同的胶水过胶。
送纸异常时,胶膜自动退开上胶。
胶膜上胶前经展开轴,避免胶膜松弛,皱纹及偏行。
另外配置有余膜联动或自动回收装置以及胶膜微调装置。
干燥设备
干燥箱由IR灯管和电热管利用反向罩由上方风扇把热风平均分布在胶膜上。
前方风扇把电热管热量横向吹送至OPP膜上。可使胶水于短时间迅速干燥。
箱内溶剂可由上方经外接管道排出,干燥箱内设有隔热装置,以防触摸及确保室温。

铝导管可单独调节使胶膜张紧、平行。
贴合主机
贴合前,胶膜经曲线展开轴,以防止胶膜松弛、皱纹及偏行。
贴合主机用自动温度控制的电热式辊筒,温度稳定。
贴合压力由油压缸(日本理研)及手动泵调整,左右压力均衡。
自动切割机
采用圆盘式旋转刀片切割器,切割速度可微调控制。
并联合电子回路系统自动调整切割机速度以配合贴合主机之速度。
切割机上附有可单独驱动连续卷纸的卷纸机,不另占用空间。
配备手动收纸台。
自动控制
马达皆使用变频调速,安全可靠。
全机使用PLC可程式控制,操作简单、保养容易。

异常状态指示灯及安全检测系统,快速的将异常状态告知工作人员。

送纸半自动补台,机外预叠高度900mm,机外小车推入。

Automatic Solvent Base OPP Laminating Machine
OPP film lamination is to keep the gloss of sheet surface, pull resistant and waterproof. It is often used to laminate portable paper bag, poster, book cover and catalog. OPP film and glue are expensive, the production speed is too slow and glue lamination cost is comparatively high, so our company uses mid –wave quartz lamp and highly efficient heat energy electro thermal heating to speed up the curing speed. The whole machine has ratio continuously running system and high speed inverter principle, worm wheel deceleration, gear wheel, synch-belt and chain transmission of each lamination roller to guarantee the same speed and improved lamination speed to lower the working cost and improve productivity.
Standard equipments:
Automatic stream feeder
Suction head is controlled by rotary air valve of simple and reliable structure without maintenance for a long time.
Scientific design of suckers and governing foot cam wheel can guarantee precise work and durable running.
Sheet-forwarding suckers adopt high security straight-line guide rail.
Sensitive mechanical and electrical double sheet detector will detect multi-sheet, no sheet or inclined sheet automatically.
Max loading height:1050mm(41.3),with emergency stop and protection board against foreign objects.
Coating unit
Coating unit is of two-roller separate motor driving which can be running at high speed and can be controlled with main machine at same speed.
Recycling glue supply system suitable for different glues.
Meeting with emergency, OPP film will stop gluing.
Before gluing, OPP film will be flattened by a flattening shaft to avoid OPP film looseness. wrinkle and inclination.
Remaining OPP film auto reused device and film micro adjustment mechanism.
Curing device
Hot air supplied by the electric fans above the reflecting hood through six IR lamps and six electro thermal tubes, having even hot air distribution on the OPP film
Hot air blown by front fans through six front radiating electro-thermal tubes can make even hot air distribution on OPP film and it can make glues dry in a short time.
The impregnate inside the box can be exhausted through upper pipe extended outside. The heat-off device inside the curing box is used to guard against touching and ensure room time.

Aluminum guiding tube can be adjusted separately to make OPP film tense and horizontal.
Laminating unit
Before lamination, OPP film will go through twisted shaft to avoid film looseness, wrinkle and inclination.
Laminating unit uses automatic temperature control electro thermal roller whose temperature is steady.
Laminating pressure is adjusted by hydraulic cylinder (Japan make)and manual pump to get even pressure on left and right sides.
Automatic cutter
Round and rotary cutter whose speed can be micro adjusted.
The speed of electronic system automatic adjustment cutter will be the same with main machine.
There is a sheet rolling mechanism to roll the sheet continuously and separately on the cutter without the need to have extra space.
Manual delivery table.
Auto control
Safe and dependable motor speed adjustment by inverter.
PLC control provides easy operation and easy maintenance.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENTS
Automatic delivery
Mechanical double side sheet trimmer and forced sheet flattening and balancing device to avoid the inertial stroke when releasing thick sheet to ensure smooth and neat delivery.
Emergency indication lamp and safety detection system can inform emergent conditions to operators.
Non-stop mechanism for feeder and delivery:
Semi auto auxiliary table for sheet feeding to pre-pile out of fedder,hight:900mm(35.4’’),to be pushed in by a dolly.
When the delivery auxiliary table starts ,the main machine decrease automatically to improve production efficiency.
