SF-1020A全自动水性覆膜机 & 分切机
SF-1020A全自动水性覆膜机是我公司在SF1020全自动水性覆膜机的基础上最新开发研制的水性湿式覆膜机,该机覆膜无污染、易回收、速度快、能耗低、效率高、操作简便。     
该机由飞达送纸、输纸定位、自动涂胶、加热部、自动收卷、自动控制等部分组成:
一、飞达
1.飞达采用单张连续输纸,有效地将纸张平稳、正确传送至输纸部。
二、输纸定位
1.五条输纸皮带配合压纸胶轮,保证了纸张平稳输送至定位部位。
2.前规和侧规的准确使用保证了纸张覆膜前后、左右的复合精度。
3.前规处设有纸张侦测电眼,若侦测到纸张“脱节”,会自动停机,有效地防止因“断纸”造成压力辊上粘胶。
4.整机在设计上充分考虑到用户的广泛适用性,皮带输送配有无极变速装置,保证各种规格的纸张准确定位和输送。
5.无级变速装置通过手柄调节,并配有调速表显示,简便易行。
三、自动涂胶部
1.胶水直接涂布于薄膜上,可方便地通过手柄调节计量辊和衬辊之间的间隙来控制胶水涂布量的大小,通过糊量调节阀调节糊量而达到涂布均匀。
2.通过调节施压胶辊的压力,方便地使纸张和薄膜均匀地贴合在一起。
3.本机所用胶辊均采用进口橡胶精密加工而成,有效地保证了覆膜质量。
4.胶水自动循环系统装有自动分流装置,操作者可根据实际需要调节调节阀来控制分流量的大小,从而保证胶水得到有效的利用。
5.在放膜卷上装有分切刀和针孔刀,操作者可根据纸张大小方便地调节分切刀的位置,    针孔刀的使用为下道裁切打下了基础。
四、自动收卷
收纸卷同主机的啮合,可以方便地推进、拉出、为更换收纸卷提供了方便。
五、自动控制
1.该机主机采用变频器调速,中央控制使用可编程控制器,可靠性极高,几乎无电气故障。
2.采用最新型的交流变频拖动,拖动力强,变速范围广,制动效果佳。
3.可编程控制器的使用,完成了需要大量的分立元件(如继电器、电子元件等)才能完成的功能,可靠性高,故障率低。
六、FQ-1020A分切机


FQ-1020A分切机是与SF-1020A全自动水性覆膜机配套使用的覆膜卷的裁切设备,它利用两段压轮与同一皮带之间的速度不同而将纸张“裁断”。覆膜产品打上针孔后,还可以帮助自动飞达续纸的油性覆膜机和水性覆膜机的产品进行裁切。分切机的外形尺寸为:2900×1500×970mm,机重为0.9T,机器功率为1.5kW,分切最高速度可达到90m/min。

SF-1020A Automatic Water-based Film Laminator
SF-1020A automatic water-based film laminator is a latest machine designed and manufactured by our company on the basis of SF1020 automatic water-based film laminator. This machine works fast and efficient, energy saving and easy to operate. The laminated sheet is pollution free and easy to recycle.
This machine consists of feeder, feeding and registering unit, auto gluing unit, heating unit, auto delivery unit and electric control unit.
1. Feeder
Continuous sheet-fed feeding guarantees smooth and accurate transferring of sheets.
2. Feeding and registering unit
2.1 Five feeding belts with pressure wheels enable sheets to be transferred to the registering unit smoothly.
2.2 The exactly use of front lay and side lay ensure lamination accuracy.
2.3 Equipped with a detector at the front lay, when missing sheet is detected, the machine will stop automatically, which prevent press roller from sticking with glue.
2.4 The feeding belt is equipped with stepless speed change device, which enables various sheets to be accurately registered and transferred.
2.5 The stepless change device is equipped with a speedometer, and can be adjusted by a handle, easy to operate.
3. Automatic gluing unit
3.1 Glue is directly coated on the film. And the coating volume can be adjusted by adjusting the clearance between metering roller and gluing roller and detected by the detector so that it can be refilled in time.
3.2 Sheet and film are laminated together by press roller, the pressure of which is adjustable.
3.3 The gluing rollers are made of imported rubber by a precision work. They are the guarantee of good lamination quality.
3.4 Automatic glue circulating system is equipped with automatic distribution device, by which the splitflow of glue can be adjusted with the adjusting valve as required to make effective use of glue.
3.5 There is a cutter and a perforator on the fill roll. The position of the cutter can be adjusted according to the sheet size. The perforator provides the foundation for sheet cutting.
4. Automatic delivery
The delivery roll cooperates with the main unit, which can be pulled out or pushed in, convenient for changing.
5. Electric control system
5.1 This machine adopts frequency converter for speed regulation, PLC for central control, safe and reliable and almost trouble free.
5.2 Using the latest AC frequency converter with strong force, varispeed and effective braking.
5.3The programmable controller replaces the discrete component, such as relay, electric components, safe and reliable and low failure rate.
6. FQ-1020A automatic cutting machine
It is an auxiliary equipment for SF-1020A automatic water-based laminator. It cuts sheets by the different speed between the two groups of pressure wheels on one belt. The perforated sheet is facilitated for cutting.
