STC1020/1080 Automatic Window Patching Machine

Introduction：
This automatic window patching machine is the most advanced and special equipment from China for patching windows of graphic carton and gift box. Base on the humanization design philosophy, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, high accuracy, high stability and easy to operate. It is suitable for the cardboard and corrugated paper. The paper is pulled away from the bottom of the paper stack one by one non-stop. After paper forward positioning, flexographic plate modeling composition, accurate patch cutting, it can be use for window patching of the gift box, toy box, shirt box and milk box and so on.
The mainframe adopts 30mm steel plate from Shougang Group. The steel plate is dealt with heat treatment and processed by digit control machine. It runs smoothly with high quality stability. The machine is comprised of 5 units of feeder, positioning, gluing, patching and delivery unit.
The feeder adopts imported Ever-power scratch furrow conveyor belt from USA. Matching by our unique supporting plate intermittent feeding mode, the paper feeding is very smooth and no overlapping paper or missing paper, which makes the machine speed up to 7000 sheet/hour. The air draft conveyor belt and paper delivery conveyor belt are imported from Seigling(Germany). The mechanical transmission driving train is from Choho of Japan. The key components of the machine adopt NSK bearing from Japan. The buttons of the control system and contactor adopt SCHNEIDER-KREUZNACH.Human-computer interface is from Taiwan Wainview. PLC transducer is from DELTD. All photoelectric switches are from Omron. The Electric motor is from Taiwan(TECO YVF). General speaking, 95% of the control system is imported. With the rational design, stable quality, ease to learn and use, this window patching machine is a good helper for your printing and packing business.

Drum-type Revolving Knife：

It adopts the structural alloy steel with heat-treatment, which makes it a long services life. It replaces the old plate cutting style and improves the cutting accuracy of the film. The stepless speed changing system ensures the cutting more accurate, stable and reliable.

Autorotate, Can-pull-out Roller:

With the humanization design, the roller can autorotate when the main machine unit stop so that the glue would not solidify on the surface of the roller. The roller mechanism can be pulled out to clean conveniently so that can save time and manpower.

Spot Slitting(to be chosen)：

This part is designed for the middle slitting of the film like the tissue box widow. It can be spot slitting and long slitting. The slitting length and position can be adjusted to ensure the accuracy.
